In January 2017 I was introduced to the brand-new organization, Mormon Women for Ethical Government (MWEG). Starting with MWEG, I began to have opportunities to publish on non-academic issues that are dear to my heart. Currently I serve as Director of Research for MWEG.
Now, in my role as a Civic Education Fellow with the Center for Constitutional Studies at UVU, one of my responsibilities is to organize the civics team and other CCS affiliates to write an article for the Deseret News about once a month.
